No. Quotes and roof inspections are free. We'll come out, get eyes on the actual problem and give you a written fixed price before any work is agreed.
How do you price work?
Always as a fixed price. We do not work on day rates, so the figure we quote is the figure you pay unless you ask us to change the scope of the job.
Is your work guaranteed?
New roofs come with a 3-year workmanship guarantee. Flat and rubber roof installations also include a manufacturer-backed membrane guarantee. Repairs are not sold with a workmanship guarantee.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold £1,000,000 public liability insurance, and we're happy to show the documentation before work starts.
Which areas do you cover?
